Established in 2006, XChem Chemicals (Pty) Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified Adhesives and Sealants manufacturer. The company manufactures a wide range of Adhesives and Sealants covering both the DIY and Industrial sectors. XChem takes pride in using advanced technology to locally manufacture products for diverse industries such as Construction, Mining, Foundry, Timber/Furniture, Automotive, Stationery/Paper, Refrigeration, Leather, Shoe, Rubber, Power Utility and Metal/Concrete/Wood Protection. XChem DIY adhesive and sealant products find popular use in the home, office, schools and other institutions. XChem products are marketed under two brand names, namely Fort-tite for Adhesives and Fortseal for Sealants.
STRUCTURE
The company, wholly South African, has three distinct divisions, namely Adhesives, Sealants and Speciality Chemicals.
LOCATION
XChem is located in Gateway Park, Centurion – Pretoria.  Manufacturing of all products takes place at this location.  Products are then distributed nationally through dedicated and established distribution channels.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
XChem Sales Office is supported by a highly qualified technical team who are always ready to address any technical issues with regards to the products, application and service. The technical team also provides on-sight after sales services and trouble shooting. The company is further responsible for ensuring production of quality products adhering to specifications. Environmental protection is a key attribute to XChem operations and therefore the company devotes considerable resources in research for environmentally friendly products, applications and disposal.

MANAGEMENT
The company is led by a highly qualified and experienced top management team who between them, boast some 26 years experience in the Adhesives, Sealants and Specialty Chemicals industry.
