PVC Cement High Pressure

DESCRIPTION:

Fortseal PVC Cement High Pressure is a one component solvent based polyurethane which attacks PVC to give a cemented strong bond.

KEY APPLICATIONS:

Fortseal PVC cement is the ideal adhesive for bonding high pressure PVC pipes and fittings.

KEY BENEFITS:

Excellent permanent bonding and cementing properties to PVC rigid pipes and fittings.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Surfaces to be bonded must be sand papered to achieve a rough surface.
• Apply Fortseal PVC cement to both surfaces for excellent results.
• Pipe ends should be pushed and twisted whilst product is still wet.
• Allow product to fully cement the pipes for 10 to 15 minutes before handling. The joined pipes can be put to service after 8hours for Low Pressure systems and at least 24 hours for High Pressure systems when optimum strength has been achieved.
