DESCRIPTION:

Fortseal Wood Glue Quick-Setting is a one component PVA based adhesive which cures to give strong and clear bonds on all types of wood, cardboard and paper.

Fortseal Wood Glue Quick-Setting is primarily used for wood-to-wood bonds.

KEY BENEFITS:

Fortseal Wood Glue Quick-Setting bonds are of high strength and normally associated with substrate failure rather than bond failure. The glue comes in various sizes conveniently packaged. The glue’s bond lines are almost invisible thereby allowing for exquisite finishes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Ensure surfaces to be bonded are dry, smooth, clean and free from dust, dirt, oils and other residues.
2. Apply Fortseal Wood Glue to both surfaces.
3. Apply moderate pressure to bonded surfaces using clamps, dowels or screws; assembling must be done whilst the glue is still fluid enough to flow under pressure.
4. Bonded articles can be handled after 20-25 minutes depending on the type of surface, glue spread, temperature and humidity.
5. Any excess material from the joints can be removed with a dry cloth immediately after bonding or can be scraped before achieving full hardness.
